Registration Fee [Non-refundable]
A registration fee of $25.00 per child or $35.00 for family [2 or more children] is due at the time of registration.
Tuition
All tuition is due on the first of the month. Statements will be sent out for delinquent accounts only. After the 10th of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be charged and added to the monthly tuition. After the 15th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be charged and $5.00 each additional week after that. There will be a $25.00 charge for all checks returned from your bank.

The tuition price is based on 4 classes per month and is not altered for months with holidays, which fewer classes are held. Extra lessons are applied to months with 5 weeks to make up classes when the Studio is closed for holidays.
No refunds or deductions are given if a student misses class for any reason. Make up classes are available for any missed lessons.
Recital Fees
Rectial: $70
Rectial costumes may not be purchased, unless the student is going to be in the rectial.
Additional Clothing Prices
Costumes for combo class: $100
Costumes for other classes: $75
Tan and pink tights: $8
Pink ballet, Black Jazz shoes, Tan taps: Between $12 and $30
End of year t-shirt: $10
Payments
All checks should be made payable to Studio J Dance. Please put the student’s first name, last name and what you are paying for (tuition, costumes, etc.) on you check. Tuition and all correspondence can be mailed to:

Withdrawal
If for any reason it becomes necessary to withdraw a student from class, please give a withdrawal notice to the Studio in writing.
